At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Log in to your customer account and select the order you wish to return to generate your official return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized collection point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
